What You'll Do
As part of the Jones Curb Appeal team, you’ll work outdoors on a variety of residential and commercial properties, helping improve and maintain landscapes throughout our community.

Depending on your role and experience, your responsibilities may include:

Operating professional-grade equipment such as mowers, trimmers, blowers, chainsaws, chippers, and trailers

Assisting with tree removals, pruning, and debris cleanup

Installing mulch, plants, and other landscape materials

Performing mowing, trimming, edging, and seasonal cleanups

Driving company trucks and hauling equipment safely

Maintaining clean, organized job sites

Communicating with crew members to complete jobs efficiently and safely

Providing professional, respectful service to our customers

What We're Looking For
We’re building a team of dependable, hardworking individuals who take pride in doing the job right. Experience is a plus — but character, reliability, and work ethic matter more.

Valid Driver’s License
A valid driver’s license is required. Team members must be able to safely operate company vehicles, and the ability to drive a truck and trailer is a major plus.
Ability to Drive Truck & Trailer
Many of our positions involve hauling equipment to and from job sites. Confidence and responsibility behind the wheel are important for this role.
Strong Work Ethic
This is hands-on, physical work. We’re looking for individuals who don’t shy away from effort and are willing to push through a full day with focus and determination.

Physically Able to Work Outdoors
This job requires lifting 50+ lbs, working in varying weather conditions, and staying active throughout the day. It’s not a desk job — it’s real outdoor work.
