About the Role:
Jones Curb Appeal is seeking a skilled and experienced Tree Climber to join our Tree Crew. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in climbing and operating all necessary equipment. As a Tree Climber, you will be responsible for performing a variety of tree services, including pruning, removal, and maintenance, while ensuring the safety and satisfaction of our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Safely climb and work in trees to perform pruning, removal, and other tree care services.
- Operate chainsaws, aerial lifts, rigging, pole saws, chippers, and other related equipment with expertise.
- Follow industry safety standards and best practices at all times, ensuring a safe work environment for yourself and your team.
- Collaborate with the Tree Crew to efficiently complete tasks and projects, maintaining a high standard of work quality.
- Communicate effectively with clients and team members to provide excellent customer service.

Requirements
Prior experience as a Tree Climber with proficiency in operating chainsaws, aerial lifts, rigging, pole saws, chippers, and other related equipment.
Ability to work at heights and in various weather conditions.
Strong commitment to safety and attention to detail.
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
